PHADA members can register a username and password here for access to Advocate articles, alerts, housing resources and other valuable information.

HUD staff, congressional staff and others who are not eligible for PHADA membership can register using the form below for free access.

Non-member housing authorities are not eligible for permanent access, but can apply for temporary access (30 days, one-time offer only) in order to sample PHADA member benefits.
