Rep. Frank cites "HUD's continuing assault" on the voucher program; Rep. Barney Frank (MA), ranking Democrat on the House Financial Services Committee, sent a strongly worded letter to HUD Secretary Alphonso Jackson late last week, protesting several voucher policies HUD has implemented per the FY 2004 HUD appropriations act.
