HUD solicits comments
on over 20 model documents
HUD wants your comments on more than twenty model documents for mixed finance transactions, all posted on this website. Come to a meeting on January 7 in Washington to discuss these materials.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) invites all interested parties to provide comments on a set of Model Documents developed to facilitate the preparation and review of certain evidentiary materials required for mixed-finance transactions pursuant to 24 CFR 941 Subpart F. In addition, HUD invites you to attend a one-day meeting on the new Model Documents which you will find posted on this website. A panel of HUD staff will conduct this meeting to provide participants an opportunity to present comments and ask questions on the documents.
In advance of the meeting, HUD welcomes and encourages written comments on the documents.
