Notice clarifies submission On December 10, HUD issued Notice PIH 2004-25, which "reminds recipients of Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) funding of the reporting requirements under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) of 1996.
