GAO to send survey to housing authorities
In January 2003, the U.S. General Accounting Office (GAO) will be sending out a survey to a sample of 900 HAs across the country. The Senate Subcommittee on Housing and Transportation has asked the GAO to study the challenges facing HAs, especially small HAs, in response to HUD reforms. The survey is to be completed by Executive Directors.
Responses will be presented in summary form only. If you receive such a survey, it would be helpful to respond so GAO has a good representation as it prepares its report due out in the Fall of 2003. This is your chance to share your views with Congress!
