Supreme Court to hear One Strike case February 19
The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the Rucker case on February 19, 2002. The legal case will test the validity of the "One Strike" eviction statute, which PHADA and HUD strongly support. The government's position will be advocated by the U.S. Department of Justice's Solicitor General.
