Senators cite 'dire' Section 8 voucher situation; Fear the loss of 184,000 vouchers in FY '04 Three U.S. Senators today wrote to HUD Secretary Mel Martinez about a new report that concludes that HUD's FY 2004 budget could be more $1 billion short to meet contract renewals.
