The Franklin Redevelopment and Housing Authority (Franklin Virginia) is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, innovative and qualified individual that welcomes challenge, to be its next Executive Director. The Franklin Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FRHA) Board of Commissioners seeks candidates with a minimum of five (5) years experience working in the Public Housing industry and in responsible Administration and /or Management level positions. A Bachelors degree is required, Masters degree preferred in business administration, management, or human services (or in a related field) or equivalent work experience. Candidates must have experience in strategic planning, operational responsibilities, budget development and program development.
Successful candidate must be a certified Executive Director or become certified as an Executive Director or Asset Manager within a year. The salary for this position is negotiable and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
