Physical Needs Assesment- Beta Tester:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Little Rock Housing Authority (LRHA) is soliciting written proposals from qualified firms to:
1. Perform a Physical Needs Assessment of (LRHA) entire public housing stock as outlined in Section B. Scope of Services and in accordance with protocol for HUD’s PNA tool which is under development
2. (LRHA) will act as a beta tester for the PNA tool and the successful contractor will be asked to assist with reviewing and/or inputting data into the HUD PNA tool website. The full scope of this requirement will not be known until a review of the PNA tool is conducted after release to beta testers.
The RFP contains specific submission requirements, anticipated scope and period of services required, as well as terms, conditions and other pertinent information necessary for submitting a response. The RFP will be available on Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at www.lrhousing.org or at 100 S. Arch Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 between 8 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST. Proposals must be received in the Little Rock Housing Authority Administrative Office no later than July 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. CST. Questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via e-mail to no later than 4:00 p.m. on July 15, 2011.

Proposals will not be accepted after the date and time stated above. Incomplete proposal or proposals that do not conform to the requirements specified herein will not be considered. Issuance of the RFP does not obligate LRHA to award a contract, nor are LRHA liable for any costs incurred by the proposer in the preparation and submittal of proposals for the subject work. LRHA retains the right to award all or parts of this contract to several bidders, to not select any bidders, and/or to re-solicit proposals. The act of submitting a proposal is a declaration that the proposer has read the RFP and understands all the requirements and conditions.
