Compliance Manager:
This position will support the Public and Affordable Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Programs of the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (“CMHA”) in the management and successful implementation of a variety of Agency projects. The incumbent will support the executive staff in day-to-day operational management activities, and lead and coordinate projects that impact the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance of the Agency.
The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Urban Studies, Property Management or related field; Three (3) to five (5) years of internal compliance and/or audit experience; One (1) year supervisory experience; at least eight (8) years of progressively more responsible public housing experience, of which at least four (4) years must have been at a lower management level; Three (3) to five (5) years of responsible related work experience with HUD’s Inventory Management System (IMS)/PIH Information Center (PIC) system; strong knowledge of various Affordable funding programs and compliance requirements, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) and Project Based Section 8, HOME, RTC programs.
