Modernization/Voluntary Compliance Coordinator:
Area Housing Commission in Pensacola, Florida seeks an experienced Modernization/Voluntary Compliance Coordinator to: Develop, Implement and Administer Federally Funded Modernization Grant Programs and Voluntary Compliance Agreements (VCA) for Public, and Multifamily Housing. The selected candidate will assume responsibility of all Authoritie’s: physical and management needs assessments to develop grant budgets, develop annual budgets to comply with the Housing Authority's Five Year plan, manage, coordinate and report to HUD agency activities related to Voluntary Compliance Agreement (VCA), submit initial funding application to Housing Authority Management, the Board of Directors and to HUD for approval, develop timetables for the implementation of approved modernization programs, establish internal controls over key phases and activities to assure compliance with implementation schedules, confirm that target dates are met, review expenditures of the modernization budgets, coordinate and control expenditures to concur with funding. Approve/disapprove all payment requests, manage Housing Authority’s modernization crew,
