Due to the continued effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, PHADA’s Legislative Forum, originally scheduled for mid-September in Washington, will now be held online as a fully virtually event.    
 
The Legislative “E-Forum” virtual event will take place September 14-15, 2020 and is FREE for PHADA members. Programming will include sessions on timely topics including the latest on CARES Act funding, waivers and reporting requirements, FY 21 HUD appropriations, HUD’s physical inspections initiative, NSPIRE, and real-time updates from HUD officials and members of Congress.  In addition, most of the association’s committee meetings will be held the preceding week and are also open to members.

PHADA/Rutgers University Executive Director Education Program (EDEP) 

Due to the uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the September EDEP courses, Executive Housing Management and Public Relations/Communications, will be held virtually. During this emergency distance learning transition, the September EDEP courses will only be offered to current EDEP students on track for graduation and will not be open to new students. This decision was made in order to allow us to focus on ensuring the highest quality learning experience.
