PHADA Launches EDEP Alumni Association!

All Former Graduates Invited to Join

As we enter the 26th year of the Executive Director Education Program (EDEP), a professional development partnership between PHADA and Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, the Association’s Professional Development Committee was thrilled to announce the official launch of the EDEP Alumni Association at the Annual Convention & Exhibition in Seattle.

EDEP offers a meaningful educational experience for executive directors (or future executive directors) who desire to stay current with industry standards and gain new insight into the profession. The rigorous program consists of a series of ten courses, over approximately 18 months, to reinforce the technical, managerial, and strategic competencies required of a successful executive director.

Any EDEP Graduate may join the EDEP Alumni Association for free. The goal of the Alumni Association is to ensure continued connection, engagement, and networking with PHADA and fellow graduates to foster a sense of community and to promote PHADA’s mission of informing and educating its members.

We encourage all EDEP Graduates to join the EDEP Alumni Association today. EDEP Graduates who join will receive future updates on alumni activities including, networking opportunities (both in person and virtual), alumni spotlights, and an alumni reception next January in Tampa, FL, at PHADA’s 2026 Commissioners Conference.
