PHADA and other industry groups wrote to appropriations leaders in Congress today urging them to come to an agreement on the FY 23 spending bill before the current Continuing Resolution (CR) ends on December 16. The letter raises concerns with level funding, which is all that agencies receive during a CR, especially in the current environment where many PHAs are in dire need of supplemental assistance. We reiterate the need for supplemental funding for the Operating Fund and for Tenant Protection Vouchers and highlight our top priorities for key HUD programs.
