PHADA, in collaboration with NAHRO, CLPHA, and the MTW Collaborative, today sent a letter to President Biden requesting that housing be exempted from the proposed Build America Buy America (BABA) regulations. Citing ongoing cost increases, project delays and cancellations, the overall and ongoing shortage of housing and other factors, the letter requests changes to proposed BABA rules to exempt housing.
