HUD Posts NOFO for Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grants

$246 Million in New Grants, $10 Million in Supplemental Grants Available

HUD has posted the FY 23 Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grants Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). The NOFO defines the competition for $246 million available for Implementation Grants of up to $50 million each, and $10 million in Supplemental Grants to FY 17–20 Implementation Grantees who face financial challenges in completing replacement housing plans due to increased costs.  

Applications for a new Implementation Grant are due on December 11, 2023. Applications for a Supplemental Grant are due on March 4, 2024.
