On April 9, HUD published the Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for FY 24 Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grants. HUD is making $10 million available for approximately twenty grants of up to $500,000 each to support local planning efforts to revitalize communities with distressed HUD-assisted public housing and/or PBRA properties. Applications for FY 24 Choice Neighborhoods Planning Grants are due June 10, 2024.

HUD’s news release states, “These grants may provide funding to communities of all sizes, including small towns, mid-sized cities, large urban areas, and tribal communities.
