On May 1, PHADA submitted comments concerning an Interim Final AFFH Rule published on March 3, 2025, effective on April 2, 2025. The comments echoed PHADA’s decade-long advocacy for effective implementation of this requirement of the Fair Housing Act of 1968 using existing planning processes, minimizing burdens for program participants, and not requiring HAs to submit separate plans and reports.
