Webinar to Be Held September 10 at 2:00 pm ET
HUD has announced that approximately $9 million remains available in HUD’s FY 25 Public Housing Capital Fund Emergency and Disaster Grant Program.
Eligible applications are funded on a first-come, first-served basis until funding has been exhausted. PHAs may submit applications at the time an Emergency or Non-Presidentially declared Disaster has been determined.
HUD will hold a webinar on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 2:00 pm ET. The purpose of the webinar is to discuss the details of the EDG Program and walk through the PHA application process and submission requirements.

The Emergency Disaster Webpage also includes the Grant Application Guidance. PHAs submit applications to their local HUD Field Office for review and concurrence prior to the Field Office submitting to HUD Headquarters.
