HUD has extended the FY 25 ROSS-SC NOFO application deadline from December 2, 2025, to January 12, 2026. The ROSS-SC program provides funding to help HAs hire service coordinators who connect residents with supportive services, expand economic opportunity, and promote resident stability and self-sufficiency.
Members are encouraged to review the FY 25 ROSS-SC NOFO on Grants.gov, read the bulletin and renewal list, and register for the webinar on December 4 at 2:00 pm ET.
Reporting deadlines have also been extended for all FY 22–24 ROSS-SC grantees to December 19, 2025.
To assist grantees, HUD will host a reporting office hours on December 11 at 2:00 pm ET for a brief overview and live Q&A. In addition to the updated FAQs, questions can also be sent to: ROSS-PIH@hud.gov.
