HUD has extended the application deadline for the Resident Opportunity and Self-Sufficiency Service Coordinator (ROSS-SC) program once again—now to January 20, 2026. ROSS-SC provides funding for service coordinators who connect public housing residents with supportive services, employment opportunities, and community resources.
Additionally, the FY 25 ROSS-SC NOFO has been amended. Among the sections that have been updated are the new deadline, page limits, and the community needs assessment (CNA). PHADA members are encouraged to review the full amended modifications doc, NOFO, and FAQs.
Applications must be submitted through Grants.gov, where the full NOFO and submission instructions are available.
