As previously reported in the Advocate, HUD announced during the April 15, 2026, meeting of the IT Working Group that it would be “imminently” publishing a notice that established a compliance date of January 1, 2027, for Sections 102 and 104 of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) of 2016. This notice was recently published as Notice PIH 2026-15.
