Due to the continued effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, PHADA's Legislative Forum, originally scheduled for mid-September in Washington, will now be held online as a fully virtually event.
The Legislative E-Forum virtual event will take place September 14-15, 2020 and is FREE for PHADA members. Programming will include sessions on timely topics including the latest on CARES Act funding, waivers and reporting requirements, FY 21 HUD appropriations, HUD's physical inspections initiative, NSPIRE, and real-time updates from HUD officials and members of Congress. In addition, most of the association's committee meetings will be held the preceding week and are also open to members.
The deadline for registration is Friday, September 11. A unique email address is required for each registrant.
*Cancellations received in writing before September 4, 2020, will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee. Substitutions are welcome if notified in writing before September 4, 2020. There will be no refunds after September 4, 2020. No refunds are given for no-shows. BY COMPLETING REGISTRATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO PHADA'S CANCELLATION POLICY.

Access to Conference Platform
The E-Forum will be hosted on the Whova plaform, accessible via their Mobile App or their Web App (from your internet browser).
Approximately four weeks prior to the event, you will receive an email from Whova with login instructions to access to the virtual event platforms. You can also click here to log into the Whova web app with th email you used for registration.
While our meeting will be taking place virtually, we encourage attendees to connect with their elected representatives following the meeting to express the continued need for legislation and funding to support of public and assisted housing. While many offices are not accepting in-person meetings, many are open to holding virtual meetings with constituents.
The conference programming will provide attendees with the latest industry updates. PHADA members are also encouraged to attend the PHADA Committee Meetings prior to the conference for additional guidance and information to share during visits with representatives.

PHADA/Rutgers University Executive Director Education Program (EDEP)
Due to the uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the September EDEP courses, Executive Housing Management and Public Relations/Communications, will be held virtually. During this emergency distance learning transition, the September EDEP courses will only be offered to current EDEP students on track for graduation and will not be open to new students. This decision was made in order to allow us to focus on ensuring the highest quality learning experience. Courses will consist of video conferences, independent assignments and online exams.
